Cool Off This Summer At These Wonderful Splash Pads In Houston

Jaycee Park

1300 Seamist Drive, Houston, Texas 77008

Jaycee Park is one of the best spots, no matter the time of year! This park offers a bit of everything, from a short walking trail to tennis courts. Their Houston splash pad is on concrete with shady trees planted on one end. You will have a way to stay out of the sun while keeping your child in your sight the entire time!

Levy Park

3801 Eastside Street, Houston, Texas 77098

Levy Park is one of our favorite spots throughout the summer. There’s just so much to do! They have a dog park, an event space for family events, and a splash pad for those hot Houston days. The splash pad is in the children’s park, nestled next to the nature-themed playground. Your kiddo can splash around and then dry off by running around.

RiverPark

5875 Summit Creek, Sugar Land, Texas 77478

RiverPark is a no-nonsense park where you can go for those days when you just need to get out of the house. Your child can run through hoops or splash around once the dumping buckets spill. Just a quick heads up, there are no public restrooms at this location, so be sure to have your child do their business before heading out!

Gateway Fountain At Discovery Green

1500 McKinney St, Houston, Texas 77010

Discovery Green has quickly become a favorite splash pad for Houston residents. This urban park is tucked into the heart of the city, offering 11 picturesque acres beneath the skyscrapers. Their splash pad is comprised of nozzles that shoot up to 14 feet out of the concrete. They welcome people of all ages, and they have evening hours.

May Valley Park

2801 Technology Forest Blvd, The Woodlands, Texas 77381

May Valley Park is a gorgeous, nature-filled park with nine acres just waiting to be explored. During the summertime, they fire up the splash pad so kids of all ages can come out and cool down. Your child can jump across puddles, dodge the dump bucket, and jump across the hoses. Once you’re all done, your child can head over to the playground for a bit and run around until they are dried off.
