LOVE STORIES,
PRESERVED

Sugar Land Maternity Photographer | Before-and-After

A photography group that I’m in recently had a discussion about before-and-after images, and how much we’ve all grown.  One of the talented photographers decided to do a blog post showing her growth, and I thought that was a fabulous idea.

I pulled out my external drive and started searching for the first images I took with my first camera (Canon Rebel T3i), and oh did I find a great one!

This image was taken before I knew I’d open a business.  It was taken within days of receiving my new camera, and I can absolutely guarantee that it was on “creative auto” mode.  I knew nothing about lighting, nothing about positioning, nothing about styling your subject.

Lets be honest, I knew nothing about photography.

But, I grew.  I had a desire to be better, and have constantly worked at finding my style and who I am in this big world of photography.

So, before scrolling down, please make sure you are prepared for a good laugh.

Make and meet goals and you will constantly better yourself!
